Eight years ago, we started our journey to bring this fine and historical steak house to Rio Grande City, our beloved hometown.



After years of planning and many months of building, we are happy to present Casa De Adobe Restaurant and Bar, Rio Grande City's premiere steak house.

 

Our "casa de adobe" is an original building made of adobe, which used to be the residence of Florence J. Scott, an important historical figure of  Rio Grande City.

We have preserved much of its history and expanded on the property to house four dining areas and a full bar.

Each and every detail of the restaurant has been designed and carried through by Mr. Juan Andrade, himself, with the help of his consultants, his children - Melissa and Juan.
